Outdoor Garden Entertainment Environment
This project began as a private home theater upgrade. With that success, the client invited us to extend our design into their outdoor living space — a breathtaking property surrounded by gardens that rival any botanical display in the region.
This outdoor garden environment blends high performance with exceptional landscape design. Two 65" Samsung Terrace Full Brightness displays provide vivid viewing across the patio and garden walkways.
A three-zone Sonance® Landscape Series Outdoor Speaker system with 16 satellite speakers, three 12" buried subwoofers, and three 750-watt amplifiers delivers rich, even sound while remaining completely hidden in the plantings.
Because the gardens are meticulously maintained — with frequent seasonal planting and constant gardening activity — we engineered special wiring routes and protections to ensure long-term reliability without disturbing the landscaping.
A commercial-grade Wi-Fi network supports up to 150 users, ensuring seamless streaming and control during gatherings. Everything is orchestrated through Savant®.

Private Theater (Dolby Atmos 7.2.4)
Many of our projects begin with a simple network upgrade — in this case, replacing a failing system with a Ubiquiti-class wired and Wi-Fi network that restored full performance and reliability. With their foundation finally solid, the client trusted us to detail, design, and deliver the vision for their dream theater.
Working in collaboration with Acoustic Geometry and Bowers & Wilkins, we transformed the engineered rendering into a fully realized Dolby Atmos 7.2.4 environment.

This private theater seats seven in electric reclining chairs across a two-tier riser with USB ports, cup holders, and trays. Built for family movies and gaming, it delivers a full Dolby Atmos® 7.2.4 experience.
The system features Bowers & Wilkins® speakers, two floor-standing subwoofers, and a 123" acoustically transparent screen hiding the L/C/R speakers. Acoustic Geometry bass absorbers, diffusers, and panels shape the soundstage.
A Sony® laser projector, Marantz® AVR, Apple TV®, and Sony® disc player provide pristine video and audio. Lutron® LED cove lighting sets the scene, and Savant® orchestrates the entire environment.
The room is fully isolated using double sheetrock, aluminum isolation channels, Rockwool insulation, and three below-grade walls.

Rhapsody in Every Room
This player piano is now fully integrated into a whole-home distributed audio system using Savant® technology, allowing its performance to be heard throughout the property — indoors and outdoors.
We connected the piano’s audio output into the Savant multi-room audio system, making it available in seven interior audio zones and three outdoor speaker zones. Whether someone is in the library, kitchen, great room, patio, or garden, the piano can be enjoyed everywhere with perfect synchronization.

To preserve the room’s aesthetic, we concealed a dedicated pair of speakers beneath the piano, creating a clean look while delivering a focused listening experience at the instrument itself. And with seamless source switching, this room can instantly transition from piano playback to TV audio, music streaming, or game-day sound.​
This project is a strong example of our custom audio integrations, Savant whole-home systems, and specialty AV solutions—designed to blend beautifully into the home while offering exceptional performance.

A Resort-Style Backyard the Whole Family Loves
This outdoor environment delivers a true resort-style experience — thoughtfully designed, fully integrated, and effortless for the entire family to enjoy.
At the outdoor kitchen and cabana, Bowers & Wilkins® (B&W) speakers create rich, high-fidelity audio for the core gathering zones. Across the broader property — including the walk-in pool, grotto, hot tub, and firepit — a Sonance® 70V landscape system with discreet satellites and buried subwoofers provides even, immersive sound without visual clutter.
The cabana features a Samsung Terrace® outdoor TV mounted cleanly with an HDMI extender for streaming, Apple TV integration, and full system control through Sonos®. All wiring is buried and protected for long-term reliability.
We upgraded the property’s network from Cablevision to a Ubiquiti® system, delivering fast, stable Wi-Fi for streaming and control throughout the entire outdoor environment.
